01 · CHAI · TEABAG METHOD

When you're brewing a quick cup.

Stir one teaspoon of Heldi Chai into your cold milk until it dissolves. Heat the milk how you usually do, then pour over your steeping teabag. The blend disappears into the cup, no chalky film, no change in taste.

1 tsp Heldi Chai, milk, your usual chai teabag

02 · CHAI · ON THE HOB

When you're making it properly.

Stir one teaspoon of Heldi Chai into your cold milk until it dissolves. Brew your tea on the hob with water and masala as usual. Add the Heldi milk in as you normally would, simmer briefly, and pour.

03 · KHANA

For your dals and curries.

Mix Heldi Khana with a splash of water into a smooth paste. Stir into the whole pot once it's off the heat, or let everyone stir their own portion at the table. Whichever you prefer.

04 · DAHI

For yoghurt, every kind of way.

Stir Heldi Dahi straight into yoghurt while you're prepping the meal. Works with cucumber raita, mint raita, boondi raita, shrikhand, lassi, dahi vada, or just a simple bowl of yoghurt alongside your dinner.
