1. Who we are

Contact: info@heldi.co.uk. These terms apply to purchases made through heldi.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Our products

Heldi is a food supplement — a high-protein blend for home cooking. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

Allergen notice: Heldi contains milk (whey). Always check the label on the pouch you receive. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, ask a healthcare professional before use.

We may update recipes, packaging and pricing; the details shown at checkout when you order are the ones that apply to your order.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issues); if we cancel after payment, we refund in full. You must be at least 18 to place an order, and provide accurate delivery details.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments or your chosen payment provider — we do not see or store card details.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.

Promotions (launch prices, bundle prices, gifting discount codes, included items such as jars or the masala dabba) apply only while advertised, cannot be exchanged for cash, and one discount per order unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Rates and the free-delivery threshold are set out in the Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the dispatch email, contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail and replace or refund where appropriate.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have statutory rights to cancel and return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. How they apply to food supplements (including the sealed-goods exception) is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or that are not caused by our breach. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. The products are supplied for domestic and private use only.

8. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example postal strikes or supplier failure). If the delay is substantial you may cancel undelivered items for a full refund.

9. Complaints and disputes

Email info@heldi.co.uk first — we read everything and aim to put things right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
