Heldi Dahi High-protein blend for raita & yoghurt cooking

A simple way to add more protein to the yoghurt-based dishes you already make.

Heldi Dahi is designed to whisk smoothly into cold yoghurt, adding around 20g of protein per serving (2 heaped tbsp of mix). Made with whey protein isolate, sunflower lecithin for smoother dispersion, and a clean blend of roasted cumin, black salt, and fine salt — it's built to sit naturally within the cooling, savoury character of dahi without crowding it out.

The result is a raita, lassi, or chaat dahi that still tastes the way it should — but with real protein behind it. It works across the full range of yoghurt-based cooking: cucumber raita, boondi raita, mint raita, dahi vada, dahi rice, lassi, kebab and chicken marinades, or any cool yoghurt side served alongside a hot meal.

How to use

  1. Mix 2 heaped tbsp of Heldi Dahi with an equal part cold water and whisk into a smooth paste.
  2. Whisk the paste into your cold yoghurt before adding cucumber, herbs, or other ingredients.

The pre-mix-with-water step is what gives you a smooth, lump-free finish — skip it and the powder can clump.

You can either:

  • Mix it through the full bowl while preparing the dish
  • Or serve it alongside, so each person stirs some into their own portion
